FEMA tells us we should be prepared for 6 months without power. Yes, 6 months! Are you?!?!? I’m not sure if I am either, but I can say that I am conscious of this fact. So, yes, I do my own prep. GMO’s and the God complex
As humans we all are prone to the seven deadly sins. So today let’s talk about PRIDE. Our ego often replaces our need for God through our pride. GMO’s(Genetically Modified Organisms) are one such example.
One of the arguments I often hear for GMO’s is that we need them to feed the world. Interesting concept when one considers that God created a sustainable planet. Where we get it wrong is in our desire to dominate the planet rather than be the stewards that God commanded of us. Since we, in our pride, feel that we know how to grow food in a ‘better’ way than how God has given us, we have to make modifications that are more technical and scientific than faith driven.
